The New York Online Film Critics Awards almost mirrored the winners from the other New York Film Critics group. Zero Dark Thirty won the top two prizes (Picture and Director), but instead of Cinematography, which went to Life of Pi, the won Best Screenplay.
Lincoln took home just two awards at this ceremony, but they were big ones, repeating the Daniel Day Lewis win, and a new win for Tommy Lee Jones in Supporting Actor.
One of the interesting things about this year is that most of the acting categories do not have a frontrunner (except Best Actor) but as the winners trickle out there is an aura that this is going to be one exciting award season.
