65th Annual Primetime Emmy Award Nomination Predictions

This Thursday Kate Mara (House of Cards) and two time Emmy winner Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) will be announcing the Emmy nominees.  This process of predicting has seemed to last forever this year, with new shows and contenders being added to the mix even at the last hour.  Will Modern Family dominate in comedy still?  Has Mad Men fallen from the top of the building, and out their good graces?  Are we going to see major nominations for Netflix, the Sundance Channel?

The Emmy Awards usually pull out some surprises, I hope this trend continues, but in a good direction.  Of the shows or things I have not predicted down below, watch out for The Americans or The Newsroom as  major spoilers on the drama side.  Meanwhile Veep, and New Girl, are the new shows that could make a huge splash.  There is one old show to watch out for, and that's The Office, the last season had a lot of attention, and NBC made a big push for nominations.
